Private Vacation home rental that sleeps comfortably up to 10 adults with 2 bedrooms on the main level,
private kitchen and master
suite upstairs.

800 square foot main level with living room, kitchen,
2 bedrooms, and bathroom.
800 square foot master suite upstairs with King size
bed and full size futon,
private master bath with shower, sink
and toilet
Master
suite has large tile dance floor for the
romantically minded couple.
2nd guest room on main level has queen bed and 2 twin
beds,
3rd guest room on main level has queen bed
(all with top of the line mattresses)
Large custom private kitchen with gas appliances, dishwasher
and accessories.
"Welcome Breakfast" items provided for your first nights stay.
Rental includes private use of the fenced in porch area, main living area
and
the upstairs
master
suite all of which have
views
of
the Columbia
River frontage.
Hot Tub with enclosed garden
covered patio available on a limited basis,
please check Hot Tub availability before
confirming your
rental.
Color TV's with cable connection, DVD and VHS players,
private phone and computer for quick internet access.
Rebecca House Rates: $250.00 per night for up to 4 guests with a three day minimum
regardless of weekend
or holiday, plus $75 Cleaning fee and $375 security deposit.
Additional guests are $20 each, sleeps comfortably up to 10
guests
Children under 10 years old are free

A special discount is provided for stays of six days
or more with the seventh day free.
The
Rebecca House is not available for wedding receptions,
or other
party rentals.
Forfeit of Security Deposit will occur
if parties or receptions are held at the Rebecca House.
Bungalow
Accommodations:
Entire private downstairs Bungalow that comfortably sleeps
up to 5,
with queen bed, full specialty futon bed, and
twin bed (all
with top of the line mattresses).
Color TV with cable connection,
DVD and VHS player, private phone with computer for quick
internet access, and hot-tub with enclosed garden covered
patio.
Private entrance and parking,
walk in closet, large bathroom, two desks, table and
chairs,
small fridge-freezer, coffee/tea
maker, microwave, double hot plates, toaster oven, toaster,
laundry service available upon request.
"Bungalow Breakfast" items
provided during your stay
Bungalow Rates:
$150.00 per night for 1 or 2 guests (taxes included)
with
a 2 day minimum, see below for payment
details.
Additional
guests are $20 each, per night (up to 3 additional
guests allowed)

Rebecca
House refundable $375 Security Deposit:
Please pay this
Security Deposit 2 weeks prior to
your visit with us,
but not more than 30 days before
you
arrive.
This Security deposit will be refunded in full within
7 days after the end
of your
visit except as detailed below.

the Bungalow is the perfect home away from home.

Cancellation
Policy: Cancellations or changes to your reservation
require at least 72 hour notice,
(7 days notice required for major holiday periods)
Notice must be received prior to 6PM (PST) 3 days or 7 days (holiday period)
before
your
date
of
arrival
for full refund, unless entire reservation is rebooked.
If entire reservation is rebooked, refund is made as of the last day of booking.
No refund for shortened days unless the room can be rebooked.
Open
All year.
Reservations:
Advance reservations recommended
as required for most B&B’s.
For
summer months and special events it is advisable to make
your reservation 30-60 days in advance.

Restrictions:
Check
-in: Between 3:00pm and 6:00pm.
Flexible for early check-in
upon request.
For early or late check in, please notify
us prior
to your arrival.
Check out time is 11:00am.
Security
Deposit Full Refund Requirements:
No damage to the home, furnishings, guest
towels, and linens other than normal wear and tear.
Please
wipe down kitchen counter and place dirty dishes in the
dishwasher and run the dishwasher before leaving.
Please
empty the kitchen trash can and place trash bag in
the main trash bin outside the large garage door.
Please remove and dispose of any perishable food items
in the refrigerator.
Please notify us if there are any missing
or damaged towels, robes, linens or household items.
Note: Soiled towels,
robes and linens should be left inside the Rebecca House
or Bungalow.
If you find something in our home that you would like
to take home with you, please contact us,
we may be able to accommodate your request.
NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on premises.
Pets
are no longer allowed (sorry).
Children welcome with responsible parents.
